Bosch Professional Training with GZ Industrial Staff

The aim of the Bosch training is to help improve the technical knowledge of GZ Industrial Supplies team mates, which will see her dominate the industrial market and continue with its expertise in attending to customers.

Mr. Joseph Tamunoemi, Bosch Key User Manager- Southern Nigeria was the resource person whose expertise in Bosch brand has earned his accolades all across the globe. GZ Industrial Supplies staff were fully represented, with the management not left out.

The Bosch training on power tools was carried out at our office situated at KM 3 Igbo-Etche Road, Port Harcourt, Rivers State. About 30 team members were in attendance, aside the facilitator, and the training lasted for hours with demonstrations on how each power tool can be used, the technicality behind the names given to them, application and safety requirements while using them.

The following power tools were considered:

Angle Grinders/Filling Machines(4, 4.5, 5, 7 & 9 Inches),

Drilling Machines; GSB, GSR, and the distinctive features between them, demolition hammer and various size and applications, accessories for each item mentioned, measuring tools to name but a few.

Feedback from participants:

Jennifer Eyo, Chemical Production Assistant who participated in the training and won for herself a Bosch Customized T-Shirt. When asked what she loves about the just concluded training, she replied thus;

“The training was very educational. I was able to discover that Bosch has a large range of products and services, which changed my narrative that Bosch only specializes in power tools, measuring tools and accessories. I have discovered after comparing Bosch products with other brands that it's of great quality, and I will recommend Bosch products if the end result of a customer is quality, regardless of how expensive you think it is, as it will save you the headache of buying a particular product twice because of its quality as compared to Bosch.

I got to know about how Bosch is responsible for smart home technology,automobiles, office appliances, lift systems to name but a few.”

Ruth Yakubu, Production Chemist who participated in the training have the following to say;

“The training was exceptional. The trainer was able to expand on Bosch lines of business. I have always thought Bosch was just a power tool company, but little did I know they have a diverse range of products as explained by the trainer. The trainer taught us about power tools and their accessories, how it works and various ways we could use the power tools.

Michael Egbujua, A Sales Executive in GZ Industrial Supplies have the following to say about the training;

“I learnt new things about the brand. They have expertise in technology that has to do with the Internet of Things (IOT). Majorly, I also gathered a lot, more importantly how to derive the specifications and features of power tools from Bosch naming patterns/nomenclature. I also understood how to channel requests from customers and advise accordingly. “

Emiliana Chiaha, A Marketing Executive in GZ Industrial Supplies has the following to say about the training;

“The training was very informative as I learnt the various areas of Bosch powertool and other commercial products owned by the brand. As a digital marketer, the training gave me a better insight of most of the products I have uploaded, and with this knowledge, better services to customers when the need arises is guaranteed.”

Obinna Eze, Distribution Executive have the following to say of the training;

“The training gave me an idea of how vast the brand is. I got to know about their tech tools which can be used to aid tasking jobs, and help broaden my knowledge about customer relationships and their acronyms, what they stand for and I can now advise a customer on the right tools with my idea now on technical sales.”

“I felt reluctant because of my discipline, but decided to give it a trial. I must confess that this is the most educational training I have attended. The exposure to Bosch Group was awesome. The training was indeed an eye opener to how sophisticated Bosch brand is, and their expertise across a range of other products. We hope that with the knowledge garnered, it will aid our team members to further promote the culture of GZ Industrial Supplies, and also guide our customers in choosing the right tools, accessories and a lasting customer relationship.
