GZ Industrial Supplies is a distributor of Sigma Marine coatings in Nigeria, our SIGMARINE 28 SIGMA PROTECTIVE AND MARINE COATING is a single component quick-drying, high-build multipurpose zinc phosphate primer, used primarily for Marine dry dock, inland marine and sea stores, this one-compenet marine coating is of Alkyd chemistry, color is gray, redrawn and off-white and the gloss level is flat.

RECOMMENDED SUBSTRATE CONDITIONS AND TEMPERATURES
- Steel; blast cleaned to ISO-Sa21⁄2, blasting profile 40 – 70 μm (1.6 – 2.8 mils)
- Steel; power tool cleaned to min. ISO-St2
Substrate temperature and application conditions
- Substrate temperature during application should be above 5°C (41°F)
- Substrate temperature during application should be at least 3°C (5°F) above dew point

- Stir well before use

The temperature of the paint should preferably be above 15°C (59°F), otherwise extra thinner may be required to obtain

- Adding too much thinner results in reduced sag resistance
- Adequate ventilation must be maintained during application and curing (please refer to INFORMATION SHEETS 1433 and 1434)
